Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Shipping throughout Canada and the USA typically takes between 5-14 business days. Please note that business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Canadian Orders:

• Free Shipping: Orders are sent via Canada Post's letter mail service, which does not include a tracking number.
• Expedited Shipping: Customers can opt for "Expedited Shipping" at checkout for a tracking number and/or faster delivery.

USA Orders:

• All USA orders incur an additional cost of $9.00 CDN, covering standard international shipping with tracking information.

Shipping Estimates

• Shipping times are estimates based on Canada Post's standards. While we aim to meet these delivery times, please be aware that delays beyond our control may occur.
• Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we cannot control the speed of delivery.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
