Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.
- Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return or exchange
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery
If you’re unsure about sizing or need help choosing the right fit, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help before or after your order!
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each custom piece is made just for you, personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, a partial refund may be issued to reflect any loss in value.
