Processing Time

All orders are carefully handmade and processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Shipping within Canada and the United States typically takes 5–14 business days.

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Canadian Orders

Free Shipping:
Orders are shipped via untracked letter mail through Canada Post. This method does not include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing packages sent via untracked shipping.

Need Tracking or Faster Shipping?
If you would like tracked or expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange an upgraded shipping option for an additional cost.

U.S. Orders

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking included.

U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they are collected at the time of delivery.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping times are estimates based on carrier guidelines. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, we are unable to control delivery speed or delays.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
