BANDANA SIZING:
Measure your pet's neck then add 5 inches for the scrunchie back to find your pets perfect size. Please see "Bandana Sizing" for suggested sizes.
PROCESSING TIME:
Each bandana is made to order and ships between 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING:
Shipping throughout Canada and the USA can take between 5-14 business days.
Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
Canadian orders with free shipping are mailed with Canada Post's letter mail which does not come with a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number or faster delivery please add on "Expedited Shipping" at checkout.
Shipping times are only estimates based on Canada Post's shipping standards and there may be delays beyond my control. Unfortunately, I have no control over how fast or slow a package will get to you once I drop it off at the post office.
