Shipping throughout Canada and the USA can take between 5-14 business days. Canadian orders with free shipping are mailed with Canada Post's letter mail which does not come with a tracking number. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.

This is a handmade item and each item is made to order. As items are made to order, purchases are all final sale except for on a case by case basis in which a defective product is received.
